• Legal or Safety Reasons. When required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Angular Analytic, our users, or the public.
• Business Transfers. If we merge, acquire, or sell assets, user data may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

We require all third parties to adhere to privacy and security standards equal to or greater than our own.

• GRIDAP is hosted on Google Cloud, benefiting from industry-leading protections such as:
  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
  • 24 x 7 monitored data centers, redundancy, and disaster-recovery controls.
• Internally, Angular Analytic enforces least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication, and regular security audits.

Although no system can guarantee absolute security, we take every reasonable measure to safeguard your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Choices & Rights

You may:

• Access & Update your account information at any time in the settings panel.
• Delete Your Account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Export Your Data in a machine-readable format upon request.
• Opt-Out of Cookies through your browser settings; essential cookies are required for core functionality.

GRIDAP uses first-party cookies and Firebase Analytics to:
